Agile Board

The foundation of Kanban, Scrum, and other agile methodologies lies in the ability to organize work using agile boards. Organizations that wish to implement such an approach to managing their workload can install agile boards within the RR Tech Service Management system.

To use the full functionality of agile boards – in the space within RR Tech Service Management, they must be activated by the space owner in the ‘Space Settings’ section in the settings console. Access to and management of these agile boards are then carried out through the records console.

Anyone with the ‘Specialist’ role in this space can create and manage agile boards within it.
