Custom Collection Elements

Custom collection elements are special entries that cannot be registered using the standard types of records available in the RR Tech Service Management system. Each custom collection element belongs to a single custom collection.

You can manage custom collection elements manually, but if there are many of them and they change frequently, it’s better to automate their management using the import API or the GraphQL API.

Only users with the directory designer role, directory administrator role, account designer role or account administrator role can manage custom collection elements in this space.
