User Interface
User interfaces can be created for various types of records within the RR Tech Service Management system, including custom collection. Filters can be assigned to user interfaces, allowing you to display records that meet the specified criteria. User interfaces can then be linked to a proposal for a custom field. This is a special type of field that can be included in UI extension. Once a user interface is linked to a proposal for a custom field, users will be able to use this field to select any record included in the user interface, even if these users do not have permission to open those records.
Only individuals with the role directory designer role, directory administrator role, account designer role, or account administrator role can manage these user interfaces within this accounts.
