Project Task

Project Task – this is the designation that is part of project. There are two types of project tasks:

  • active tasks – used to assign work related to the project to users;
  • approval tasks – used to collect the necessary approvals for the project.

In addition to these two types of project tasks, you can also add stages – which are project tasks that cannot be assigned to anyone and do not have a duration.

Project tasks can be linked together, forming a workflow that automatically assigns subsequent tasks after the successful completion of previous ones.

Only the project manager can manually add tasks to the project, and they must have project manager role in the account to which the project belongs.
