Risk

Risk management allows many organizations to ensure compliance with necessary requirements. Within the efforts undertaken, it is possible to identify potential risks in advance, analyze them, and take precautionary measures to eliminate or minimize their impact on the organization.

Risk management can be activated by the owner of RR Tech Service Management system space in the ‘Space Settings’ section of consoles settings, after which it becomes possible to register each identified risk. Each risk can be associated with those projects, services and/or organizations on which it may impact. Together, risks form the organization’s risk register, which allows tracking and managing the risks faced by the organization.

Any user with the specialist role in the space can register risks within this space and take responsibility for managing them.
