Survey
Surveys are created to evaluate services by users. Each survey can include multiple questions, which can be answered either through a rating from 1 to 5 (a rating question with stars) or by text. If a survey does not contain at least one question with a rating, the responses to such a survey will be available in the analytics console under the "Survey Results" section, within the “Partially” tab.
Users with the designer space or administrator space role can manage surveys for this space.
The Survey fields page presents recommendations for using each field in the survey form.
