Translation
Within the RR Tech Service Management system, it’s possible to translate certain types of records for display in users' preferred languages. The value of the field being translated within a specific record can be translated within the translation records.
Records with one of the following roles in …, can manage the translations for this space:
- Service Desk Manager
- Service Level Manager
- Configuration Manager
- Account Designer
- Account Administrator
- Directory Designer
- Directory Administrator
