Notification

Notifications are used to deliver messages to end users and/or specialists when working with the RR Tech Service Management system. These messages can be delivered at a specific time and in multiple languages. They can also be targeted to a specific audience. Due to this, notifications are only delivered to the people for whom the information will be useful, in their preferred language, and at a time when the information is still relevant.

Notifications can be linked to a group запросов, allowing end users to automatically create a request if they are affected by the issue described in the notification.

Only individuals with the role администратора головного пространства, администратора пространства, or менеджера Service Desk can manage these notifications.
