Alerts (Broadcast)
Broadcasts are used to send messages to end users and/or specialists when working with the R-Service system. Such messages can be transmitted over a certain period of time and in several languages. They can target a specific audience. Due to this, broadcasts are transmitted only to those persons for whom the information will be useful, in their preferred language and at a time when the information is relevant.
Broadcasts can be linked to the request group so that the end users users could automatically create a request if they were concerned about a problem that was indicated in the broadcasts.
Only a person with the role of headspace administrator, headspace administrator or Service Desk Manager can manage the alerts of this space.
