Contract

For configuration units (КЕ), various types of contracts can be registered. The most common include:

  • lease contract;
  • maintenance contract;
  • support contract;
  • support and maintenance contract.

A contract can apply to multiple configuration units, while configuration units can also apply to multiple contracts (e.g., a lease contract, a support contract).

Only a person with the role of financial manager within the space can manage these contracts.

Duplicate contract

Using the "Duplicate Contract" option in the action menu, the financial manager can copy information from an existing contract and paste it into a new one.
