Contract

For configuration items (CI), various types of contracts can be registered. The most common include:

• lease contract;
• maintenance contract;
• support contract;
• support and maintenance contract.

A contract can apply to multiple configuration items, while configuration items can also apply to multiple contracts (e.g., a lease contract, a support contract).

Only a person with the role of financial manager within the space can manage these contracts.

Using the "Duplicate Contract" option in the action menu, the financial manager can copy information from an existing contract and paste it into a new one.
