Reservation Proposal

Reservation proposals define which configuration units (CUs) are available to individuals for temporary use. A reservation proposal specifies the times during which CUs can be reserved, as well as the minimum and maximum duration of reservations, and time intervals for reservations. The proposal also indicates: the time required to prepare a CU for the next person reserving it; prior notification from the individual planning the reservation; and how far into the future a reservation can be planned.

For [individuals] to be able to reserve one of the CUs described in a reservation proposal, this proposal must be linked to a request template in the category "Reservation".

Only a [person] with the role configuration manager or space administrator in the space, can manage these reservation proposals for that space.
