Reservation Offering

Reservation Offerings define which configuration items (CI) are available to people for temporary use. A reservation offering specifies the times during which CI can be reserved, as well as the minimum and maximum duration of reservations, and time intervals for reservations. The offering also indicates: the time required to prepare a CI for the next person reserving it; prior notification from the individual planning the reservation; and how far into the future a reservation can be planned.

For people to be able to reserve one of the CI described in a reservation offering, this offering must be linked to a request template in the category "Reservation".

Only a person with the role configuration manager or space administrator in the space, can manage these reservation offerings for that space.
