Store Record Log
Store records can be obtained in the RR Tech Service Management system after it has been correctly configured by creating a request template, which is linked to a workflow template.
Only a person with the designer role or space administrator role can manage store records within this space. If a store record is provided by a service provider from another space that has an active Service Level Agreement (SLA), then for that store record, a rebranding process may be performed – meaning the name, description, and price can be adjusted for the first space.
