Shop Article

Shop Articles can be obtained in the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system after it has been correctly configured by creating a request template, which is linked to a workflow template.

Only a person with the designer role or space administrator role can manage Shop Articles within this space. If a Shop Article is provided by a service provider from another space that has an active Service Level Agreement (SLA), then for that Shop Article, a rebranding process may be performed – meaning the name, description, and price can be adjusted for the first space.
