Branch

A branch is typically registered for each building or object where employees and long-term contractors, and/or where the organization’s configuration units (CUs) are located.

Once a branch is registered, it can be linked to individuals and configuration units (CUs). Furthermore, branches can be used to create Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which are only applied to individuals located in one or more designated branches.

Only a person with the directory administrator role or account administrator role can manage these branches within this space.
