Site

A site is typically registered for each building or object where employees and long-term contractors, and/or where the organization’s configuration items (CI) are located.

Once a site is registered, it can be linked to people and configuration items (CI). Furthermore, sites can be used to create Service Level Agreements (SLAs), which are only applied to people located in one or more designated sites.

Only a person with the directory administrator role or account administrator role can manage these sites within this space.
