Webhook

A Webhook allows organizations to track specific events occurring within the RR Tech Service Management system. When a particular type of event occurs, a Webhook can trigger a script located on a public web server (i.e., a server accessible from the internet). This script can use the RR Tech Service Management system's REST API to collect data from it and then utilize that data to implement updates in external applications (or within the RR Tech Service Management system) in near real-time.

Only a person with the directory_administrator_role or account_administrator_role role can manage the Webhook in this space.
