Webhook

A Webhook allows organizations to track specific events occurring within the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system. When a particular type of event occurs, a Webhook can trigger a script located on a public web server (i.e., a server accessible from the internet). This script can use the R-Service system's REST API to collect data from it and then utilize that data to implement updates in external applications (or within the R-Service system) in near real-time.

Only a person with the directory administrator role or account administrator role can manage the Webhook in this space.
