Instance Fields (component) of the application

The following lists the fields of an application instance form, along with recommendations for their use.

Active

The Active checkbox is only accessible to clients. If the checkbox is set, the application instance interacts with the client’s space, rules of automation become active, and the application token for this instance.

Disabled

The Disabled checkbox is only accessible to the application instance provider. If the checkbox is set, the application instance’s functionality stops for the client; rules of automation, webhook, and the application token for this instance are deactivated within the client’s space.

Paused

The Paused checkbox is used by either the provider or the client to disable an application instance, but either can re-enable it. When the checkbox is set, rules of automation, webhook, and the application token for this instance within the client’s space are deactivated.

Comment on Pause

The Comment on Pause field specifies why the application instance was disabled.

Client Representative

The Client Representative field selects a person who is the representative of the application instance’s client. This person must have the account administrator role role in the client’s space.
