Template fields for a knowledge base (БЗ) article

Below is a list of the fields in the template form for a knowledge base (БЗ) article, along with recommendations for their use.

Topic

The Topic field is used to enter a brief description. This will be copied into the Topic field of a new БЗ article when creating it based on this template.

Disabled

The Disabled checkbox should be set if the knowledge base article template cannot be used.

Service

The Service field is used to select the service for which this knowledge base article template is available.

Service Instance

The Service Instance field is used to select the service instances for which this knowledge base article template is available.

UI Extension

The UI Extension field is used to select the UI extension that will be added to the knowledge base article when applying this template.
