File fields

The following lists the fields of the media file form and provides recommendations for their use.

Name

Enter a brief name for the media file in the Name field.

Public Link

The Public Link field contains the URL through which you can access the attached file via the Internet. Important: Anyone who has this link can access the attached file.

Image

If the attachment is an image, then the image will be displayed in the Image field after saving the media file.

Attachment

You can attach a file using the "Add attachment" link. Only one attachment can be added to a media file, and its maximum size is 2 GB.
