Risk Fields

Below are the risk form fields and recommendations for their use.

Topic

The Topic field is used to enter a brief description of the risk.

Manager

The Manager field allows you to select the person responsible for mitigating or minimizing the risk.

Status

The Status field allows you to select the current status of the risk. The following options are available: Proposed – the risk may have an impact in the future; Materialized – the risk has already had an impact; Closed – the risk was closed due to the reason specified in the "Reason for Closure" field. Detailed information about closing the risk is provided in the "Comments" field.

Target Reduction Level

The Target Reduction Level field specifies the timeframe in which the risk should be minimized.

Reason for Closure

The Reason for Closure field allows you to select the corresponding reason for closing the risk when it is closed.

Level

The Level field allows you to select risk level.

Relationships

Projects

The Projects field allows you to link the risk to specific projects that it may or does affect.

Services

The Services field allows you to link the risk to specific services that it may or does affect.

Organizations

The Organizations field allows you to link the risk to specific organizations that it may or does affect.

Comments

Comments

The Comments field lists all comments added to the risk. For each comment, the person who created it and the time of its creation are specified.

Comment

The Comment field provides a detailed description of the risk and actions planned or already taken to eliminate or minimize its impact. This field also indicates the reasons for closing the risk when the status is set to 'Closed'. Basic text formatting can be used in this field.

Attachments

The Add Attachment link allows you to attach a file to the comment. Multiple attachments can be added.
