Risk Fields
The following table lists the risk field fields and provides recommendations for their use.
Name
In the “Name” field, you specify the name of the risk level. It’s best if it consists of a single word – for example, “High”.
Description
In the “Description” field, you enter a very brief description of the risk level, for example, “The consequences of materialization are serious”.
Disabled
The “Disabled” checkbox should be checked if the risk level cannot be associated with any other risks.
Link
The “Link” field automatically inserts the value of the "Name" field, written in lowercase, with all spaces replaced by underscores. This link can be used to associate the risk level with a risk using the RR Tech Service Management REST API or import function. The link stops updating if the risk level is associated with one or more risks.
Information
The “Information” field can be used to add any additional information about the risk level, which may be helpful, especially for risk managers when deciding which risk level to use for a particular risk. This field supports basic text formatting.
Attachments
Using the “Attach File” link, you can attach files to the risk level. You can add multiple files.
Risks
The “Risks” field lists all risks associated with the risk level.
