Design fields for the self-service portal

The following lists the fields in the design form for the self-service portal, along with recommendations for their use.

Using the Header Design

The Use Header Design checkbox is available only in support domain spaces. It should be set if you need to use the header design of the self-service portal on the support domain self-service portal. When this checkbox is set, the support domain self-service portal design is not used.

CSS

Enter CSS code for the self-service portal design in the CSS field on the corresponding tab. This CSS is applied to the entire self-service portal, except for the homepage. You can work with the code in this field using a code editor with special shortcut keys.

Homepage HTML

Enter HTML code for the homepage of the self-service portal in the Homepage HTML field on the corresponding tab. You can work with the code in this field using a code editor with special shortcut keys.

The Global Navigation HTML field on the "Global Navigation HTML" tab is used to enter HTML code for the self-service portal navigation menu. You can work with the code in this field using a code editor with special shortcut keys.
