Store Record Fields

======= Store Record Fields ====================

The following fields are available in the store record form, along with usage recommendations.

Image

The Image field allows you to add an image or logo for the store record. Click on the image to enlarge it or change it.

Name

Enter the name of the store record in the Name field.

Disabled

Check the Disabled checkbox if it is no longer possible to perform any actions on the store record.

Short Description

Enter a short description of the store record in the Short Description field.

Full Description

Enter a full description of the store record in the Full Description field. This field uses rich text format, including images and video.

The Link field is a unique identifier for the store record.

Product

You can link the store record to product using the Product field.

Pricing

Price

Specify the fixed price for the store record in the Price field.

Subscription Fee

Enter the subscription fee for the store record in the Subscription Fee field.

Periodicity

Select the period for applying the subscription fee in the Periodicity field.

Order Execution

Order Execution Template

Select an order request template (execution categories) to use when executing orders for this store record.

Requires Delivery

Check the Requires Delivery checkbox if the order for the store record is shipped from a different location. This will add an address to the order.

Delivery Duration

Calculate the estimated delivery date using the selected calendar and time zone in the Delivery Duration field.

Calendar

Select a calendar to use for tracking delivery in the Calendar field.

Max Quantity

Specify the maximum number of store records that can be added to a single order in the Max Quantity field.

Availability

Start

Specify the date and time for activating the current Store Record in the Start field. If the date and time in the "Start" field is later than the current time, the system will disable "Store Record," and when the specified time is reached, "Store Record" will become active.

End

Specify the date and time for automatically deactivating the current Store Record in the End field. When the specified date/time is reached, the system will automatically set the Disabled checkbox.

Service Offers

Service Offers

Select service offers for which store records are available in the Service Offers field. If the selected Service Offer is linked to an active SLA where the Client is a trusted space, then the "Store Record" will appear in the "Disabled" tab of the trusted space.
