Coverage Group Fields
The following lists the fields in the coverage group form, along with recommendations for their usage.
Name
The Name field is used to enter a name that indicates which records are included in the coverage group.
Disabled
The Disabled checkbox should be selected if the coverage group is no longer used to cover any service level or cannot be used at the moment.
Description
The Description field is used to enter a high-level description of the coverage group.
Search Phrase
The Search Phrase field is used to filter records by a string that is present in the fields of name, organization, department or branch within those records.
Filters
The Filters field allows you to select and apply filters to the coverage group, limiting the records included.
