Columns Field Settings

The following fields are available for the agile-board column, with usage recommendations.

Name

Enter the name of the agile-board column in the Name field.

Limit

Enter the maximum number of assignments that can be present in the column using the Limit field.

Delete After

Enter the number of days after which an assignment placed in the column will be automatically deleted from the agile-board using the Delete After field.

Action

Specify how an assignment should be updated when placed in the column using the Action field. The following options are available: None – the element is not updated when placed in the column. Assign – the status of the element is set to ‘Assigned’ when placed in the column. Accept – the status of the element is set to ‘Accepted’ when placed in the column. Start – the status of the element is set to ‘In Progress’ when placed in the column. Finish – the status of the element is set to ‘Completed’ when placed in the column.

Command

Select the command to which the element will be assigned when placed in the column using the Command field. This field is available if the Action field is set to ‘Assign’.

Participant

Select the person who will be assigned the element when it is placed in the column using the Participant field. This field is available if the Action field is set to ‘Assign’ and the Command field has a command selected.

Pop-up Window Type

Specify the type of pop-up window that appears when an assignment is placed in the column using the Pop-up Window Type field. The following options are available: None – no pop-up window appears when an element is placed in the column. Minimal – a small pop-up window appears, allowing the person placing the element in the column to update the assignment or add a comment. Full – a full pop-up window appears when an element is placed in the column.
