Agile Board column Fields

The fields of the Agile Board column form are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.

Name

The name of the Agile-board column is entered in the Name field.

Restriction

In the Limit field, enter the maximum number of assignments that can be in the column at the same time.

Delete after

In the Delete after field, enter the number of days after which the assignment placed in the column is automatically deleted from the Agile-board.

Action

The 'Action` field indicates how the destination is updated when it is placed in the column. The following options are available: No – the element is not updated when it is placed in the column. Assign – The status of an item is set to ‘Assigned’ when it is placed in a column. Accept – The status of the element is set to ‘Accepted’ when it is placed in the column. Start – The status of the item is set to ‘In Progress’ when it is placed in the column. Complete – The item status is set to ‘Completed’ when it is placed in the column.

Team

In the field Team selects the Team to which the element is assigned when it is placed in the column. This field is available if the Action field is set to ‘Assign’.

Member

In the field Member selects the person to whom an element is assigned when this element is placed in the column. This field is available if the Action field is set to Assign, and a team has been selected in Team field.

Type of pop-up window

In the field Pop-up window type specifies the type of pop-up window that appears when the destination is placed in the column. The following options are available: No – the pop-up window does not appear when the item is placed in the column. Minimal – A small pop-up window appears, allowing the person who placed the item in the column to update the purpose of this item or add a comment. Full – When an item is placed in a column, the full form of the popup window for the item appears.
