Calendar Fields
The following fields for the calendar form are listed, along with recommendations for their use.
Name
Enter the name of the calendar in the “Name” field. For example: 24×7, except from 8 PM Sunday to 5 AM Monday.
Disabled
Set the “Disabled” checkbox if the calendar can no longer be linked to other records.
Active Hours
The “Active Hours” field consists of three fields: Day of the week – select the day of the week on which the calendar is active. From – select the time when the calendar becomes active on the selected day of the week. If the time starts at midnight, enter 00:00. To – select the time when the calendar stops being active on the selected day of the week. If the time ends at midnight, enter 24:00.
Holidays
Select holidays in the “Holidays” field, for which the calendar’s active hours do not apply.
Teams
List teams in the “Teams” field, which use this calendar. Calendars are linked to teams to determine team working hours.
Service Offerings
List service offerings in the “Service Offerings” field, for which this calendar is used. Calendars are linked to service offerings to determine the hours of service and support for those services.
