Calendar Fields
The fields of the calendar form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.
Name
The name of the calendar is entered in the Name field. Example: 24×7, except from 20:00 on Sunday to 5:00 on Monday.
Disabled
The Disabled checkbox is set if the calendar can no longer be linked to other entries.
Active hours
The Active Hours field actually consists of three fields. In the Day of the week field, select the day of the week on which the calendar will be active. In the From field, select the time at which the calendar becomes active on the day of the week specified in the previous field. If the time starts at midnight, specify 00:00. In the To field, select the time at which the calendar stops being active on the day of the week specified in the first field. If the time ends at midnight, specify 24:00.
Holidays
In the field Holidays select holidays that are not covered by the active calendar hours.
Teams
In the field Teams lists the Teams that use this calendar. Calendars are linked to teams to determine the working hours of the teams.
Service offerings
In the field Service offerings lists the service offerings for which this calendar is used. Calendars are linked to service offerings to determine service hours and support hours for those services.
