Panel Settings
The following fields are available in the panel settings form, along with usage recommendations.
Name
Enter the name of the panel in the “Name” field.
Owner
Use the “Owner” field to change the owner of the panel. By default, the author is the owner. Only the owner can edit the panel. Both parties will receive a notification when the owner is changed.
Access
Use the corresponding checkboxes to manage access settings for the panel. The following options are available: Private – the panel is accessible only to the author and individuals with the account administrator role or space designer role role. Accessible within the space – the panel is accessible to everyone with access to panels within the space. Accessible to team members – the panel is accessible to teams in the space selected in the “Teams” field. Accessible to skill pool members – the panel is accessible to members of the skill pool in the space, selected in the “Skill Pool” field.
Teams
Select the teams to which access to the panel is granted in the “Teams” field.
Skill Pool
Select the skill pools to which access to the panel is granted in the “Skill Pool” field.
Default Panel
Check the “Default Panel” box if you want the panel to open automatically when the analytics console is opened. This option is available only if “Accessible within the space” is selected for the panel.
Access Granted to Key Contacts
Check the “Access Granted to Key Contacts” box if you want the panel to be visible on the RR Tech Service Management self-service portal for individuals with the key contact role in the organizations selected in the “Link Organizations…” field. Only a space administrator or space designer can grant key contacts access to the panel.
Organizations
Select the organizations for whose key contacts access to the panel is granted in the “Organizations” field.
