Dashboard Fields

The fields of the dashboard form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.

Name

The name of the dashboard is entered in the Name field.

Owner

You can use the Owner field to change the owner of the dashboard. By default, the owner is the author. Only the dashboard owner can edit it. When the owner changes, both persons receive a notification.

Access

Using the appropriate checkboxes, you can control the access settings to the dashboard. The following options are possible: Private – the dashboard is available only to the author and persons with the role of administrator of the space or designer of the space. Access is provided within the space – the dashboard is available anyone who has access to the dashboards within the space. Access is granted to team members – The dashboard is available to the space teams that are selected in the field Team. Access is provided to the members of the skill pools – the dashboard is available to the members of the skill pool in the space selected in the field Skill Pool.

Teams

In the field Teams selects the Teams that are given access to the dashboard.

Skill Pool

In the Skill Pool field, skill pools are selected, the members of which are given access to the dashboard.

Default dashboard

The Default Dashboard checkbox is set if the dashboard is to open automatically when the analytics console is opened. This checkbox is available if the “Access provided within the space” option is selected for the dashboard.

Access granted to key contacts

The Access granted to key contacts checkbox is set if the dashboard is to be visible on the self-service portal of the R-Service system to persons with the role of a key contact from organizations selected in the Link organizations... field. Only a person with the role of a space administrator or space designer can grant access to the dashboard to key contacts.

Organizations

The Organizations field selects the organizations whose key contacts are granted access to the dashboard.
