Administrator of the Head Space
The role of the Administrator of the Head Space should be assigned to the individual(s) responsible for supporting this Head Space (DA).
A person with the Administrator of the Head Space role can see all fields of records of organizations, of individuals, and of branches registered in this Head Space (DA). This person can add and edit the aforementioned types of records within the Head Space (DA), as well as assign and revoke the following roles for individuals registered within it:
- all Head Space (DA) roles,
- all domain support space roles related to this Head Space (DA),
- any roles that trusted spaces have made available for domain support spaces related to the Head Space (DA).
The Administrator of the Head Space can also:
- create dashboards in the analytics console and share their own and others’ dashboards with colleagues,
- activate integrations, including Single Sign-On (SSO),
- add and edit out of office periods, records of work hours and alerts for individuals registered in the Head Space (DA).
