Problem Manager
A Person with the role of a problem manager in this Space can maintain (add and edit) records of the Problems of this space.
A person with this role in a specific space can be associated with one or multiple Services of this space as their problem manager.
Problem managers have access to the “Problem Identification Requests” view in Records Console. The Reviewed button on the Toolbars Index can be used by problem managers to manage the requests listed in this view.
The Specialist Role is a necessary condition for the problem manager role.
