End User

By default, every person is assigned the role of an end user, which allows them to use the self-service portal. Within the self-service portal, an end user can submit requests and track their progress, approve workflows, and work on [project tasks], as well as record their working time. In this case, organizations can use the RR Tech Service Management system as a solution for tracking working time.

The end user role is limited to the space where the person’s record is registered, and cannot be granted in trusted spaces.
