End User
By default, every person is assigned the role of an end user, which allows them to use the self-service portal. Within the self-service portal, an end user can submit requests and track their progress, approve workflows, and work on project tasks, as well as record their working time. In this case, organizations can use the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system as a solution for tracking working time.
The end user role is limited to the space where the person’s record is registered, and cannot be granted in trusted spaces.
