Service Desk Manager
A person with the role of Service Desk manager within a space can add and edit request templates for that space.
Furthermore, a person with the role of Service Desk manager within a space can translate requests from the initiator of those requests for that space to the status ‘reviewed’ using the Reviewed button on the toolbar [toolbar/index.md].
A Service Desk manager can also delete comments, but only within 14 days of their creation.
Additionally, a Service Desk manager can add and edit broadcasts [records/broadcast.md].
The role of specialist is a necessary condition for assigning the Service Desk manager role.
