Service Desk Manager

A Person with the role of a Service Desk manager in the space can add and edit request templates of this space.

In addition, a person with the role of a Service Desk manager in a space can transfer requests with an unsatisfied initiator of the request for this space to the status ‘reviewed’ using the Reviewed button on the toolbar.

The Service Desk Manager can also delete comments, but no more than 14 days after they are written.

The Service Desk manager can also add and edit alerts (broadcasts).

The specialist role is a prerequisite for assigning the role of a Service Desk manager.
