Values for an SLA notification rule.

id ( ID )

Identifier of the object to update using these values. For new objects it should be null .

notifyCurrentAssignee ( Boolean )

Whether to notify the current assignee of the request.

notifyFirstLineTeamCoordinator ( Boolean )

Whether to notify the first line team coordinator of the service instance of the affected SLA.

notifyFirstLineTeamManager ( Boolean )

Whether to notify the first line team manager of the service instance of the affected SLA.

notifyServiceOwner ( Boolean )

Whether to notify the service owner of the service of the affected SLA.

notifySupportTeamCoordinator ( Boolean )

Whether to notify the support team coordinator of the service instance of the affected SLA.

notifySupportTeamManager ( Boolean )

Whether to notify the support team manager of the service instance of the affected SLA.

thresholdPercentage ( Int )

The percentage of the resolution target duration when a notification should be generated.
