App Offering Fields
The fields of the app offering form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.
The image or logo of the application offer is added to the Image field. Click on the image to enlarge or edit it.
The name of the application’s offer is indicated in the Name field.
Disabled
Section titled “Disabled”The Disabled checkbox is set if the application offer can no longer be used for new customers. For customers using older versions, updates remain available even if the app offer is disabled.
The Link field can be used to identify the application’s offer via the API. This is the only identifier that remains the same when versions are updated. It can only be changed before the first publication of the application proposal. The value in the Link field is the value from the Name field, written in lowercase letters with all spaces replaced by underscores, prefixed with the name of the space with an underscore (for example, rs_). The value of this field must be unique for all spaces.
Description
Section titled “Description”The description of the application’s offer is entered in the Description field. Customers will be able to see this information in the settings console in the Applications section in the Description tab. It is possible to use basic text formatting in this field.
Functions
Section titled “Functions”A description of the general features of the application is entered in the Functions field. Customers will be able to see this information in the settings console in the Applications section of the Functions tab. It is possible to use basic text formatting in this field.
Safety and compliance with standards
Section titled “Safety and compliance with standards”The Security and Standards Compliance field specifies the policies and rules that the application complies with. Customers will be able to see this information in the settings console in the Applications section in the Security and Standards Compliance tab. It is possible to use basic text formatting in this field.
Service instance
Section titled “Service instance”In the Service Instance field, select service instances that are associated with requests related to the application offer.
Version of the UI extension
Section titled “Version of the UI extension”In the UI Extension Version field, select the UI extension (or its version) to offer the application. Customers will be able to see the UI extension in the Settings console in the Applications section of the Configuration tab.
Regions
Section titled “Regions”The effect
Section titled “The effect”The Effect field indicates whether the application is allowed to perform the actions defined in the Actions field.
Actions
Section titled “Actions”The Actions field indicates which actions and for which records the application is allowed or prohibited to perform.
Webhook
Section titled “Webhook”The URI field specifies the URI template for the webhook application. You can include the placeholder text {account} in the value of this field, which is automatically replaced by the customer’s space identifier (or subdomain name).
JWT policy algorithm
Section titled “JWT policy algorithm”The JWT Policy Algorithm field contains the algorithm that is used to create a policy for the webhook application.
The policy application expires after
Section titled “The policy application expires after”In the field The policy request expires after the validity period of the policy request for the webhook application is specified.
Audience Policy
Section titled “Audience Policy”The Audience Policy field specifies the audience policy for the webhook application.
