Sync Set Fields
The fields of the synchronization set form are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.
The Name field specifies a name to describe the records included in the synchronization set.
Description
Section titled “Description”The corresponding description of this synchronization set is entered in the Description field.
Reference books
Section titled “Reference books”In the Reference books field, select the records that need to be synchronized with other spaces.
Related reference books
Section titled “Related reference books”The Related reference books field displays the types of records (including related records) involved in synchronization. Related record types are added automatically if their synchronization is necessary to correctly identify the manually selected records. For example, holiday entries are necessary to correctly identify a calendar entry. If the user selects a calendar for synchronization, the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system will also add holidays to the Linked Directories list.
Snapshots
Section titled “Snapshots”The Snapshots field displays the snapshots created for the sync set.
