Reservation fields

The fields of the booking (reservation) form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.

The subject of the reservation request is automatically set in the Name field.

The Status field indicates whether the reservation is confirmed from the corresponding reservation offering immediately or whether some action must be performed to confirm it (for example, approval). The following options are available: Advance – The reservation has been requested in advance. Pending – Reservation has been requested and is awaiting confirmation. Confirmed – the reservation is confirmed. Being prepared – the configuration item (CI) is being prepared for reservation. Active – The reservation is in progress. Cancelled – The reservation has been cancelled. Completed – reservation is completed.

The request for which the reservation was made is automatically set in the Request field.

In the field Reservation offering the reservation offering associated with the request template used to create the reservation is automatically set.

In the Person field, person is automatically set from the Initiator field of the request through which the reservation was created.

The configuration item (CI) for which the reservation was requested is automatically set in the Asset field.

The Start time of the reservation is indicated in the Start field.

The End time of the reservation is indicated in the End field. This field is only available if the “Several days” checkbox is selected in the reservation offering.

In the field Duration indicates the reservation period of the configuration item (CI). This field is only available if the “Several days” checkbox is not checked in the reservation offering.

The Repeat field indicates the frequency of repetition of this reservation.
