SLA Coverage Group Fields
The following lists the fields in the SLA coverage group form, along with recommendations for their usage.
The Name field is used to enter a name that indicates which records are included in the SLA coverage group.
Disabled
Section titled “Disabled”The Disabled checkbox should be selected if the SLA coverage group is no longer used to cover any service level or cannot be used at the moment.
Description
Section titled “Description”The Description field is used to enter a high-level description of the SLA coverage group.
Search Phrase
Section titled “Search Phrase”The Search Phrase field is used to filter records by a string that is present in the fields of name, organization, department or branch within those records.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”The Filters field allows you to select and apply filters to the SLA coverage group, limiting the records included.
