Archive

The archive contains a list of all archived records.

Administrators can delete or restore archived records using the actions buttons Send to Trash or Restore. Please note: tasks cannot be deleted or restored independently. To delete or restore a task, you must first select the workflow or project associated with the task, at which point the workflow or project can be deleted or restored entirely.

The following fields are listed for the “Archive” view, along with a brief description of each.

The moment when the record was archived.

An icon indicating the type of archived record.

The name, topic, or title of the archived record.

The name of the person who sent the record to archive. If this field displays “System”, it means that the record was archived automatically in accordance with the storage policy.
