Translation

Within the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system, it’s possible to translate certain types of records for display in users’ preferred languages. The value of the field being translated within a specific record can be translated within the translation records.

Records with one of the following roles in space, can manage the translations for this space:

• Service Desk Manager
• Service Level Manager
• Configuration Manager
• Account Designer
• Account Administrator
• Directory Designer
• Directory Administrator
