Email Design Fields

The fields of the letter design form (email) are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are given.

Field name	Recommendation for use
Name	The name of the email design is entered in the Name field.
Disabled	The Disabled checkbox is set if the email design can no longer be associated with any email template (mail).
Language	In the Language field, select the language for the text entered in the "HTML" and "Plain Text" fields. An additional translation (or several translations) is added by clicking on the Add Translation button, and you can delete it by clicking on the Delete button. By default, the language of the space is used, and this translation cannot be deleted. Those who choose preferred languages that differ from one of the translations of the letter design receive letters created on the basis of design-related letter templates in the language of space. If the language into which the RR Tech Service Management (R-Service) system has been translated is selected, the text of the letter design is automatically presented in this language. If a translation into the selected language is not available, the current Russian translation is displayed in the HTML and Plain Text fields to facilitate translation.
HTML	The HTML field is used to create the signature text and email style based on the email template that is associated with the design being created.
Plain text	In the field Plain text a text version of the previous field is entered so that emails based on the email template associated with the design can be opened in email clients that do not support HTML.
