Knowledge Base Article Template

Knowledge base article templates are used to adapt knowledge base articles to an organization's needs. These knowledge base article templates can be managed by a person with the knowledge manager role or account designer role role via the "Knowledge Base Article Templates" section in the recording console. If needed, they can be restricted to a specific service or instance of a service. UI extensions allow organizations to add custom fields to knowledge base articles, providing the possibility to configure a knowledge base article through mandatory, search, filterable and other types of fields.
