Project Risk Level fields

The fields of the project risk level form are listed below and recommendations for using each of them are provided.

Name

The name of the project's risk level is entered in the Name field. The best option is if the name of the project's risk level consists of a single word, for example, “Significant".

Description

A very brief description of the project's risk level is entered in the Description field, for example, “The risk of failure is significant”.

Disabled

The Disabled checkbox is set if the project's risk level can no longer be associated with any project.

The value of the Name field is automatically set in the Link field, written in lowercase letters and with the replacement of all spaces with underscores. This link can be used to link the project's risk level to the project via the REST API of the R-Service (RR Tech Service Management) system or the Import function. The link stops updating if the risk level of the project is related to one or more projects.

Information

Any additional information about the risk level of the project that may be useful is added to the Information field, especially for project managers when it is necessary to select the risk level for the project. It is possible to use basic text formatting in this field.

Projects

In the field Projects lists all projects that are associated with a given project risk level.
