Billing Information Fields
The fields of the billing information form are listed below and recommendations on how to use each of them are provided.
Name of the organization
In the "Organization name" field, enter the name of the organization that pays the bill for the R-Service system.
Billing address
In the Billing Address field, enter the address of the organization that pays the bill for the R-Service system. Please note: invoices are sent by e-mail. The invoices are in PDF format, and the address is indicated in them. If the Premium Plus tariff plan is installed for the space, the organization can request delivery of paper invoices to its address.
Owner of the space (account)

Using the Space Owner field you can reassign the owner of the space to another person (the current owner of the space can do this). Another person can be selected as the owner of the space only if the person has the role of administrator of the space. Please note: only the owner of the space has access to the billing information form, so the previous owner of the space will not be able to cancel the change of ownership after selecting a person and saving the form.
Contact information
Email address
Invoices for the space are always sent to the owner of the space by email. The e-mail field specifies the e-mail address and the name of another person who will receive copies of each invoice. It is not necessary that a face record be registered for it in the space.
Name of the contact person
In the field The name of the contact person indicates the first and last name of the person who will receive copies of each invoice.

You can use the "Plan" field to increase or decrease the tariff plan of the space. The following options are available: Basic; Premium; Premium Plus. Please note: changing the plan affects the functionality and cost. The available plans can be viewed and compared on the website https://rr-th.com
